Amphenol and Molex simultaneously implemented their second round of price increases on July 1st, with the highest increase reaching 30%.

Amphenol officially issued a price adjustment notice, announcing a 5%-15% price increase across all product categories starting July 1st. This includes MS5015 aviation connectors, 26482 high-speed connectors, and 800V automotive high-voltage products; customized 224G high-speed interconnects and energy storage high-current connectors will see price increases of 10%-15%. Molex followed suit with a 5%-30% price adjustment. The initial price adjustment could not cover costs due to the continued surge in raw material prices (copper, precious metals, LCP plastics) coupled with rising labor and logistics costs. TE Connectivity announced a new round of price adjustments starting July 6th. The concentrated price increases by the world's three major connector giants have led to a simultaneous price increase of 3%-12% by more than 50 domestic manufacturers.
